Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Notice describes what personal information CRM Treasury Systems (from now on mentioned as CRM) collects from you through our interactions with you and our products, and how we use these data. 

How do we collect information?  

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and services, when you connect to us, opening/reading of offers/email, uses our support function or when you apply for vacancies. We also collect information so that our products and services will function in an effective and best possible way. From suppliers and partners, we collect information to be able obtain the business contract purpose. 

What type of information is collected from you? 

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, phone number and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. Some of this information you provide directly, for example, when you contact us either by email, phone or through our websites, sign up for a CRM event, or contact us for support. We get some of the information by registering how you interact with our products, such as using technology like cookies and receiving bug reports or usage data from software running on your device. We can also retrieve information from third parties. 

We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes and will not retain it for longer than is necessary. 

How is your information used? 

We may use your information to: 

  • Process orders that you have submitted, for billing, account management and other administrative matters. 
  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered by you and us. 
  • Seek your views or comments on the services we provide.

How you can access and update your information

The accuracy of your information is important to us. We’re working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that we hold about you. In the meantime, if you change email address, or any of the other information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, please email us (see section Contacting CRM). We respond to requests for access or deletion of your personal information within 30 days.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information 

When you provide us with personal information or when collected in another way, we will take steps to ensure that its’s treated securely. As an example, our we strive to use SSL when transmitting personally identifiable information on the internet. 

CRM works hard to protect the information you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. Within these steps, we take into consideration the sensitivity of the information we collect, process and store. We also continuously work with the technology used for these purposes and how we can increase its security. 

Do we disclose any information to outside parties? 

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business so long as those parties agree to keep information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with different laws. 

Cookies and similar techniques 

CRM uses cookies (small text files placed on your device) and similar technologies to provide our websites and services and to facilitate data collection. With the help of cookies, we can save your choices and settings, among other things; enable you to log in; fight fraud; and analyse the performance of our websites and services (they collect statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns and do not identify you as an individual).

CRM may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. Laws, regulations and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or we may make changes to our business. We will post the changes to this page and encourage you to review our Privacy Notice to stay informed. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, Slack will provide additional notice, such as via email or through our services.
